Barbell Home Workout - Pump it!

In this short session we train all main muscle groups and the intensity can vary depending on the chosen weight. No barbell there? No problem, check out the links on how to improvise a barbell at home. To get started or to perfect the technique, it is also recommended to work without any weight. Try it out!
